Ingredients:
3 large egg yolks
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
yellow food coloring (optional)
2 cups whipping cream
Directions:
1. Whip Whipping Cream and set aside.
2. In large bowl, beat egg yolks, stir in sweetened condensed milk (not evap- orated milk), lemon juice and food coloring if desired.
3. Fold in whipped cream.
4. Por into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or other 2-qt containier.
5. Cover, freeze 6 hours or until firm.
6. Serve with warm Blueberry 'N' Spice Sauce.
