Lemon Hummus With Pine Nuts

Ingredients:
400 g chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
olive oil, extra, to drizzle
Directions:
1. Process chickpeas, pine nuts, garlic and spices until well combined.
2. With the motor running, gradually add the olive oil & lemon juice until smooth.
3. Season well with salt & pepper.
4. Drizzle with extra olive oil to serve.
