Ingredients:
1/4 cup light (low-sodium) soy sauce
2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the basil and cilantro.
