Lemon-Ginger Mixed Melons

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
1 cup cubed cantaloupe
1 cup cubed watermelon
1 cup cubed honeydew melon
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk (sugar does not have to dissolve).
2. Place fruit in a shallow bowl; pour lemon mixture over fruit. Toss gently to coat; let stand 5 minutes.
