Lemon Ginger Fish

Very tasty and healthy way to grill fish in a flash. It kicks up boring fish a bit.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 lemon, juice of
salt and pepper
1 lb white fish fillet
Directions:
1. Blend first 8 ingredients in a food processor.
2. Place fish fillets on a heavy duty foil, and create a rim by rolling up sides of foil.
3. Pour mixture over fish.
4. Place foil and fish on the grill, uncovered.
5. Grill for 15 minutes or until fish flakes.
