Lemon Ginger Blueberries

This comes from a Farmers market cookbook. Makes a very simple and refreshing summer dessert. Fresh blueberries needed here. Enjoy
Ingredients:
4 cups blueberries
1/2 cup low fat lemon yogurt
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons chopped candied ginger
Directions:
1. Wash and pat dry blueberries. Set aside in 4 serving dishes.
2. Combine the yoghurt, sour cream, sugar and ginger in a small bowl.
3. Spoon mixture evenly over blueberries.
4. If not serving immediately, refrigerate the yoghurt mixture and spoon over fruit just before serving.
