Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Ingredients:
4 tilapia fillets
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 tablespoon(s) county crock shed's spread
juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
1 teaspoon(s) dried parsley flakes
(dash of salt)
(cayenne pepper to taste)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Melt butter in microwave.
4. Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and parsley and sautee for a few minutes.
5. Pour over tilapia fillets in the baking pan.
6. Sprinkle some cayenne pepper on top of fish.
7. Bake preheated oven for about 13 minutes, and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
