Lemon Garlic Sole

Ingredients:
1 cayenne pepper to taste
1 dash of salt
1 teaspoon(s) garlic
1 juice of one lemon
1 tablespoon(s) margarine
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 teaspoon(s) parsley flakes
4 sole fillets
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Melt butter in microwave.
4. Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and parsley and sautee for a few minutes.
5. Pour over tilapia fillets in baking pan.
6. Sprinkle some cayenne pepper on top of fish.
7. Bake in preheated oven for about 13 minutes, and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
