Lemon Dill Chicken with Brown Rice

Lemon dill chicken
Ingredients:
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
16 oz uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast
4 tsp dried dill weed
4 tsp olive oil
6 cup broccoli
6 cup cauliflower
3 cup cooked brown rice
4 clove garlic clove(s) minced
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. Drizzle chicken with lemon juice and dill.
2. Broil until chicken is no longer pink.
3. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Sauté garlic, broccoli and cauliflower until tender.
5. Season to taste. Serve chicken and vegetables over rice.
