this sounds realy good to me. I am not going to guess on the prep time or the frezee time.
Ingredients:
1 pt. milk
1 c. sugar
juice of 2 lemons
1/2 pt. cream
2 egg whites
2 more tbsp. sugar
Directions:
1. Add 1 cup sugar to the milk, and allow to dissolve.
2. When thououghly dissolved, add the lemon juice and stir while adding.
3. Turn into tray and freeze 1 hour.
4. Beat egg whites, adding the 2 Tbsp. sugar.
5. Whip the cream to a thick custard consistency, then combine with the beaten egg whites.
6. Add frozen mixture and mix lightly.
7. Return to the freezing tray and freeze.
