Lemon Cream Cheese Pie

A mix between sweet and tart this pie is a family favorite
Ingredients:
48 vanilla wafers
3 tablespoons butter
1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
8 ounces cream cheese
Directions:
1. Line sides of a 9 inch pie pan with vanilla wafers and set aside.
2. Crush remaining vanilla wafers.
3. Melt butter.
4. Mix butter and crushed vanilla wafers and press into the bottom of the pie pan.
5. Cream the condensed milk and cream cheese together.
6. Add lemon juice and mix until smooth.
7. Pour in pie crust.
8. Chill for 3 hours.
9. Maybe topped with whipped cream when served.
