Lemon Cream Cheese Icing

Delicious drizzled over pound cake or carrot cake.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup whipping cream (or more if needed)
Directions:
1. Blend sugar, cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla in processor, using on/off turns.
2. Blend in enough cream to form thick but pourable icing.
