Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of
4 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Beat together cream cheese, butter and lemon juice.
2. Add peel.
3. Gradually add powdered sugar; beat until smooth and creamy.
