Lemon Cream Cheese Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 oz) package lemon cake mix with pudding
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg, and oil until crumbly.
  2. Reserving 1 cup, pat remainder in ungreased 9x13 pan, and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  3. While that bakes, beat cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, and lemon juice together until light and smooth.
  4. Spread over baked layer and sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over the top.
  5. Bake 15 minutes more.
  6. Cool and cut into bars.
