These are similiar to Ham and Goody's lemon cookies. My husband just loves these! Ingredients:
1 (18 1/2 ounce) package duncan hines lemon supreme cake mix |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/3 cup oil |
2 eggs |
1 cup powdered sugar |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients and roll into 1 inch balls.
2. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 8 minutes at 350 - do not overbake!
4. Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice to make a glaze.
5. Glaze cookies after cooling.
