Ingredients:
1 package soft mararoon cookies
1/2 cup heavey cream
1 jar prepared lemon curd
2 ounces bitter-sweet choc.
Directions:
1. In food processor pulse cookies 10 times or untill you have fine crumbs
2. press into bottom and sides of 4 greased 4 inch Tartlett pans{ones with removeable bottoms}
3. in bowl of electric mixer on high speed Beat heavy cream 2 minutes till peaks form
4. Whisk in lemon curd
5. Divide mixture evenly among prepared crust
6. Chill 2 hours drizzel choc over tartletts
7. Chill till ready toserve garnish with whipped cream
