Lemon Chili Shrimp Skewers

Absolutely Fabulous !
Ingredients:
40 large shrimp, peeled
5 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons limes
1 lime, zest of
1 tablespoon frank's red hot sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons chili flakes
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and marinade for at least 30 mins - the longer the shrimp bathe in the marinade - the better.
2. Skewer the shrimp leaving a reasonable amount of space between them for even cooking.
3. Preheat your grill -
4. cook on Indirect heat for approximately 15 mins turning once . The indirect heat allows you to cook the shrimp longer without drying out.
5. Serve.
