I got this recipe from Oprah. This is a light dish and very tasty.
Ingredients:
5 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh
3 teaspoons soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon basil
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions:
1. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 thick.
2. Marinate at least 2 hours.
3. GRILL.
