Ingredients:
4 cooked boneless skinless chicken, breasts
4 1/2 tablespoons sugar
4 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons cornstarch
4 drops lemon extract
Directions:
1. 1. Mix all ingredients except chicken in a medium saucepan.
2. 2. Cook high heat until thick, stirring constantly.
3. 3. Pour lemon sauce over cooked chicken breasts. Serve hot.
