Ingredients:
1 cup fresh lemon juice (from 10 lemons)
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups half-and-half
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups whole milk
Directions:
1. combine sugar and lemon in a large bowl, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
2. add remaining ingredients.
3. pour into the freezer container of your ice cream maker, and follow manufacturer's directions.
4. when done spoon into a freezer safe container and freeze 1 hour until firm.
