Lemon Blueberry Coffee Cake

My siblings love this for breakfast or dessert. Frozen blueberries may be used, but increase the baking time by a few minutes.
Ingredients:
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of
2/3 cup milk
2 1/4 cups biscuit mix
1 cup blueberries
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
4 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Combine the egg, sugar, lemon peel and milk; mix well.
2. Sir in the biscuit mix just until moistened.
3. Fold in blueberries.
4. Pour into a greased 9-in round baking pan.
5. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
6. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
7. Combine the confectioners' sugar and lemon juice until smooth; drizzle over the warm cake.
8. Cut into wedges to serve.
