Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake

A nice fresh tasting cheesecake, great for company ....or anytime.
Ingredients:
1 prepared graham crumb crust (10 springform)
24oz cream cheese, room temp.
1/2c sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1tsp vanilla
1c plain yogurt
1c blueberries (or more)
zest of 1 lemon
2c sour cream
1/4c sugar
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add eggs one at a time; mixing well after each addition. Beat in yogurt, lemon zest and vanilla.
2. Pour about 1/3 of the mixture over prepared crust; sprinkle blueberries overtop. Gently spoon remaining mixture evenly overtop
3. Bake in a 425F oven for 10mins. Reduce temp. to 350 and bake for about 30 mins. or until cheesecake is set; but still jiggly in center.
4. Cool slightly
5. Mix sour cream and 1/4c sugar until smooth; spread evenly over cheesecake and return to oven and bake until topping is set; approx. 10 minutes.
6. Let cheesecake cool 10 mins. then run a sharp knife around inside edge od springform to prevent top from cracking.
