I absolutely hate leftovers. The only way I can eat them is to use them in another recipe. This one is simple and the kids love it!!
Ingredients:
1 -2 cup cooked boneless beef roast, cubed (use leftovers)
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed vegetable soup
2 -3 tablespoons water
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan.
2. Heat and serve over mashed potatoes.
