Great use of left over Roast Beef. Good with egg noodles. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. diced cooked roast beef |
8 oz sour cream |
1/2 lb. mushrooms |
2 t butter |
2 t tarragon |
Directions:
1. Cut up and cook mushrooms in butter till they give up their water. 2. Add left over beef. 3. Sour Cream and tarragon. 4. Heat and serve. |
