Leek and Potato Soup

Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter
1 spring onion, finely sliced
1 leek, sliced and rinsed
150 g potatoes, peeled and cubed
7 1/2 g bouillion
400 ml water
50 g vermouth
Directions:
1. melt the butter
2. Fry the onion and leek for several minutes
3. mix up the bouillion into stock
4. add the potatoes
5. add the vermouth
6. add the stock
7. simmer till the potatoes are soft then smoosh with a blender and serve with seasoning.
