Ingredients:
2 cups cooked white beans
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 ripe tomato, chopped
2 carrots
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 red onion
1 t dried dill
1 t dried mint
1 t ground cumin
1 t olive oil
3 t lemon juice
1 t sea salt
1 black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Gently mix all ingredients. Light and delicious flavors!
