This Lebanese pudding is a favorite both summer and winter.
Ingredients:
4c milk
1/4c powdered rice
3/4c water
1/2c-3/4c sugar (depending on how sweet you want it)
1/4c unsalted chopped nuts
Directions:
1. Mix rice with water and add to milk , which has been brought to a boil. Stir and cook until thickened and then add sugar. Continue cooking and stirring until mixture coats the spoon. Pour into individual serving dishes and decorate with chopped nuts.
