Lean Steak and Mushroom Salad

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
6 teaspoons dijon mustard
4 teaspoons lemon juice
4 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
12 ounces sirloin steaks, boneless, well trimmed (2-inch thick)
2 tablespoons mrs. dash hamburger grilling blend
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, cleand and sliced
1/2 cup green onion, sliced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 head bibb lettuce
Directions:
1. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce, set aside.
2. Season both sides of steak with Mrs Dash.
3. Cook steak on preheated grill until medium rare or desired doneness is reached, about 4-5 minutes per side.
4. Slice into 1/4 in thick slices.
5. Place mushrooms, green onions and fresh parsley in large bowl.
6. Add steak to mushroom mixture and toss with dressing.
7. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and serve over lettuce immediately.
