Lean Homemade Sausage Patties

These won't shrink up like the fatty ones, and they taste much better.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons salt
2 -3 teaspoons sage
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon ginger
2 lbs ground pork
Directions:
1. Place water and seasonings in a bowl.
2. Add pork and mix well.
3. Shape into 8 patties.
4. In skillet on med heat cook 6 minutes per side, or until done.
