Lazy Rice Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups long grain rice
1 1/2 cups water
5 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 onion
19 ounces sauerkraut, drained
Directions:
1. Cook rice as you normally would.
2. Saute bacon and onion together until onion is soft and clear.
3. Add sauerkraut.
4. Stir.
5. Add rice; stir.
6. Turn into 2 quart casserole dish.
7. Cover.
8. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
