Lazy Pie with Ground Beef

Simple baked pie with eggs and ground beef.
Ingredients:
3 cups of flour, salt, 1 tbsp sour cream, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tbsp oil, 2 eggs, 1 cup warm water, 1 cup ground beef, 3/4 cup milk, 2 tbsp
Directions:
1. Mix flour with salt, sour cream, 1/2 cup milk, oil, eggs, and warm watter. The mixture should not be runny, but should not get too thick either. You can add more water/flour to adjust the consistency.
2. Pre-heat the oven at 350F, and leave a baking pan in it so it warms up.
3. While the oven is heating up, brown the beef. You can add any spices desired - salt, pepper and garlic powder usually work the best.
4. Take the pan out of the oven, grease it lightly with oil, and pour the flour mixture in. Pour the meat on top of the flour mix.
5. Bake for 30-40 mins, until it is golden brown on the top.
6. Turn the oven off and take the pie out, pour the 3/4 cup of milk over and spread 2 TBSP of cour cream on the top.
7. Return the pie in the oven for a few minutes, so the toping is absorbed a bit. Take the pie out, cut in squares and serve with yougurt or green salad.
8. Variation - you can use chicken instead of the beef, or use cheese for a vegeterian option.
