Lazy Katie's Taco Salad

Ingredients:
1 bag(s) (8 oz) corn tortilla chips
1/2 cup(s) chopped green onions
1 pound(s) ground beef
1/2 head(s) romaine lettuce - rinsed, dried and chopped
2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup(s) taco sauce
1 package(s) taco seasoning
2 tomatoes, diced
Directions:
1. In a large skillet over medium high heat, saute the ground beef until well browned. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water as per package. Simmer additional 5-10 minutes to desired consistency.
2. Crumble tortilla chips on a large plate. Layer with the beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onion and taco sauce.
