It is easy, cheap and low in calories! Great to take to college, school, picnics or have it for a light snack if you feel like eating and you are not supposed to.
Ingredients:
2 slices reduced-calorie whole wheat bread
1 small tomato
1 leaf lettuce
2 slices ham
butter (optional)
low-fat margarine (optional)
Directions:
1. Lightly spread the butter on the bread (optional).
2. Layer Ham slices in each slice of bread.
3. Slice the tomato and layer it on top of the ham.
4. Tear lettuce leaf. I usually just place the whole leaf on top. As I said is a lazy Hamleto.
5. Join both halves and enjoy!
6. If you want you can add more condiments or sauces.
