So delicious. Your family will love them! You guests will love them! Batter is poured from 1/2 cupfuls. These pancakes are thin, light and divine.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
3 cups buttermilk
3/4 stick butter, melted
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk eggs
2. Add sugar, baking powder, soda, slt, flour and buttermilk
3. Beat well (electric hand mixer is perfect)
4. Stir in butter
5. Have griddle hot
6. Pour 1/2 cup batter onto griddle
7. Cook until top of pancake is bubble and the eges are light browned
8. Turn and cook until the other side is lightly browned
9. Have plates ready, serve with your favorite syrup that has been warmed (I always add a little butter to the syrup whle it is heating)
10. Enjoy!
