Layered Triple Cheese and Beef Casserole

Rich and fabulous. A great dinner recipe.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon oil
2 (5 1/2 ounce) cans tomato paste
1 cup water
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup chopped green pepper (optional)
6 green onions, chopped (optional)
8 ounces medium noodles, cooked
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Fry ground beef and onions in oil.
2. Add next seven ingredients. Stir. Bring to a boil. Set aside.
3. Beat cream cheese and sour cream together. Stir in ricotta cheese, green pepper and green onions. Set aside.
4. Layer in greased 3 quart casserole as follows:.
5. One half noodles.
6. Ricotta cheese mixture.
7. One half noodles.
8. Meat mixture.
9. Parmesan cheese.
10. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
