  1. LAYER fruit and crumbled ladyfingers in 2-1/2-qt. straight-sided glass bowl.
  2. PLACE cream cheese, sugar, half of the orange peel and the orange juice in large bowl.
  3. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  4. Stir in whipped topping; spread evenly over dessert.
  5. Sprinkle with the remaining orange peel; cover.
  6. REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
