Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 (8 ounce) jar mango chutney (such as major grey®), chunks removed
1 cup shredded coconut, or to taste
1/2 cup chopped cashews, or to taste
4 green onions, chopped, or to taste
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and curry powder together in a bowl; spread mixture onto the middle of a plate. Top cream cheese mixture with a layer of chutney, a layer of coconut, a layer of cashews, and a layer of green onions.
