This is Pudding at its Best, Smooth, Creamy, & Full of Flavor
Ingredients:
bottom layer
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup finely chopped pecans
middle layer
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sugar
9 ounces cool whip (thawed & divided)
top
6-3/4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding
3 cups cold milk
6-3/4 ounce box chocolate pudding
1 dark chocolate bar
Directions:
1. Mix Graham Cracker Crumbs, Butter & Pecans together into a
2. 13x9x2 Pan. Bake at 350 15-20 Minutes or until Lightly Brown.
3. Cool Completely
4. Middle: Beat Cream Cheese & Sugar until Smooth. Fold in 1/2
5. of the Cool Whip. Spread Mixture over Cooled Crust.
6. Top: Beat Milk with Pudding Mix until Smooth & Thickened
7. Spread over Cream Cheese Mixture. Spread Remaining Cool Whip
8. and Sprinkle with Grated Chocolate. Cover, & Refrigerate Overnight.
