From Jovial King's collection. Great homemade honey. Cooking time is standing time. There is a standing time of 2 weeks.

Ingredients:

1 quart mild honey

3/4 cup dried organic rose petal

1/2 cup dried lavender flowers

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a jar.
2. Seal and let stand in a sunny window for 2 weeks.
3. Warm the jar under hot water intil the honey and strain into a clean jar. Store in a cool, dark place.
