Lasagna Pizza Cups

I made these the other day they are really good and quick. Had a party and the kids love these things as do the adults YUMMY made 60 cups though.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic , minced more if you like garlic
1 (15-oz.) jar pizza sauce
1 (7.5 oz.) can refrigerator buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375*F.
2. Cook first 3 ingredients in a large skillet over medium heat, cook 5 minutes until meat is no longer pink.
3. Drain well.
4. Return meat mixture to skillet, stir 1 cup pizza sauce.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Press biscuits on bottom and up sides of lightly greased muffin cups.
7. Spoon about 1 rounded Tbsp. meat mixture into each biscuit cup.
8. Top with ricotta cheese.
9. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
10. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
11. Remove from oven and gently run a knife around outer edge of pizza cups to loosen from sides of pan.
12. Remove cups from pan using a spoon
