Ingredients:
1 pound(s) ground beef |
1 pound(s) pork sausage not italian |
8 ounce(s) mozzarella cheese |
1 package(s) ricotta cheese |
1 tablespoon(s) basil |
4 tablespoon(s) oregano |
1 package(s) lasagna noodles |
1 can(s) tomato sauce big can |
salt |
pepper |
parmesan cheese |
3 tablespoon(s) garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Cook beef and sausage until brown. Salt and pepper meat to taste. Cook lasagna noodles at the same time as the meat. Mix together the cheese and spices. Add tomato sauce to meat. I sometimes add oregano and basil to the tomato sauce also - to taste. Put a small amount of sauce in the bottom of the 13x9 baking dish. Layer noodles, sauce, cheese to make 3 layers. I sprinkle parmesan cheese on top at the end. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20-30 minutes or until top cheese is brown and bubbly. |
