Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon(s) dry oregano
1 egg
2 tablespoon(s) grated parmesean cheese
1 pound(s) italian sausage, ground beef or turkey or a combo
15oz carton(s) ricotta cheese
16oz package(s) sliced mozerella
32oz jar(s) spaghetti sauce
8 ounce(s) uncooked lasagna noodles
1 cup(s) water
Directions:
1. Brown meat in large skillet. Drain well. Add sauce and water. Blend well. Simmer for 5 minutes
2. In medium bowl combine ricotta, chives, oregano and egg.
3. In 13x9 pan spread 1 1/2 cups of meat sauce. Top with 1/2 of noodles, then 1/2 mozerella. Repeat with noodles, ricotta, then mozerella. Top with remaining meat sauce and sprinkle with parmesean.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6. Heat oven to 350. Uncover baking dish and bake 5060 minutes until bubbly. Cover and let stand 15 minutes.
