Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 pound(s) frozen chopped spinach
1 pound(s) ground sirloin
1 pound(s) italian sausage mild
1 teaspoon(s) italian seasoning
1 large onion chopped
1 box(es) lasagna noodles no boil
1 pound(s) mozzarella cheese shredded
3/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese
1 pound(s) ricotta cheese
5 cup(s) spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon(s) sweet basil
Directions:
1. Cook meats in olive oil with chopped onion, cool completely. Cook spinach according to package directions and cool completely. Mix cheeses, meats, spinach, eggs, and spices with hands until no lumps exist.
2. In a 9 x 13 in. pan sprayed with Pam, cover bottom with spaghetti sauce. Layer unboiled lasagna noodles over the sauce. Spoon the meat and cheese mixture over the noodles. Continue layering ending with a layer of noodles on top. Cover with foil and bake until noodles are tender about 35 minutes. Uncover and spread mozzarella cheese and sprinkle parmesan over mozzarella. Bake uncovered until the cheese is melted. Remove from oven and let rest 15 minutes.
