1 pound sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 pound pitted prunes
2 bottles good pale ale
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 2. Season the lamb with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a tagine or Dutch oven over high heat. Brown lamb on all sides. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook in the oven for 3 hours. Turning once half way through cooking.
