Lamb Patties Greek Style

A little different from beef and chicken burgers. These are great on the BBQ.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground lamb
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced (or more)
1 teaspoon dried mint (or more)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients mixing well.
2. Divide into 6 and shape into patties.
3. Place on oiled broil pan rack.
4. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
5. Or cook on a BBQ.
