Lamb Cutlets With Plum and Rosemary Sauce

Very simple to make. Requires at least 1 hour marinating time not included in timing below.
Ingredients:
8 lamb cutlets, frenched
1/2 cup plum sauce
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
Directions:
1. Place cutlets in shallow dish. Pour over sauce and sprinkle with rosemary. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
2. Grill cutlets 4-5 minutes each side, basting with the sauce.
