This Is a fantastic, layered salad on a Hoagie (or whatever bread you like) Simple with whatever dressing you like. The taste is the freshness of the vegetables. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
fresh hoagie rolls
boston lettuce, rinsed..
tomato
cucumbers, sliced thin
avocados, sliced medium
deli sliced white cheese (swiss or provelone)
red onion slices
cream cheese
salad oil
red wine vinegar
salt and pepper.
Directions:
1. Start by adding a light layer of cream cheese on the inside of the Hoagie Roll.
2. Lightly drizzle the Vegetables with the salad oil and vinegar before you assemble the sandwich. Salt and Pepper to taste.
3. Lightly spread the bread with cream cheese.
4. Add one layer of cheese to the bottom, then add the Avocado on the bottom slice.
5. Layer the rest of the vegetables and top with another piece of cheese.

7. You can add butter, mayo, thousand island, sweet peppers or whatever you like. Six layers work best for eatin with a hoagie, but if you use a hard sourdough or rye..the sky's the limit. Also great in a pita!
