Lady Mom's Pork Loin

A very tasty pork Loin that is easy! This is ideally for the crock pot but would also be tasty in the oven, covered! Note that you would have to change the cook time. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 lbs pork loin
1 thinly sliced white onion
3 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon soya sauce
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
1 teaspoon bay leaf
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon fennel
1/2 tablespoon green onion
pepper
Directions:
1. Mix together in a small bowl: garlic, lemon, mustard, soya sauce, water, beef granules, bay leaves, thyme, fennel and green onion. Pepper to your liking.
2. Lay Pork Loin in a lightly greased crock pot. Pour mixture over top of tenderloin and lay the sliced onion over-top.
3. Cook until no longer pink in middle, turning once (about 3 hours approximately on Low).
