Ky Corn Pudding

Bake at 350 degrees 30-45 minutes or until congealed.
Ingredients:
2 eggs, separated
3 tbsps. sugar
2 tbsps. flour
4 tbsps. butter (melted)
pinch of salt
4 ears of corn or one can drained whole kernel corn
3/4 c. sweet milk
Directions:
1. Beat egg yolks; beat in sugar, flour, butter and salt.
2. Add milk.
3. Thinly cut corn from cob and scrape cob.
4. Add corn to mixture.
5. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
6. Pour into greased baking dish.
7. Bake at 350 degrees 30-45 minutes or until congealed.
8. Serve immediately.
9. Serves 6.
