Give pasta salad a flavourful twist with this easy-to-make whole wheat pasta salad that has fresh spinach, black beans and tomato.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup kraft calorie-wise rancher's choice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
3 cups whole wheat rotini pasta, cooked, rinsed and cooled
1 (19 ounce) can black beans, rinsed
4 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup kraft canada tex mex cheese light
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
